What are the requirements to Zip?

Must be under 250 lbs, 4 year old minimum
Must not have any current injuries
Must not be pregnant
Must be able to climb a ladder

What time should we arrive ?
​
-Arrive 30 minutes before your reserved start time to ensure that tours start on time.
​
How long does the zipline tour last?
​
-Tours can last anywhere from 1 to 2 hours depending on the size of your group.
​
How many people can zip at one time?
-Up to 12 guests can be in a group; staff will base this accordingly with weather and group ability. We also have special large group packages available to accommodate larger groups.

What is the age limit?
-Children as young as 4, no upper limit :)
What are the weight requirements?
-Maximum weight is 250 lbs.
-Tandem zip lining is an option as long as the combined weight of the 2 zipping is less than 250 lbs.

What should I wear?
-Closed toed shoes are required.

What if it rains?
-Tours will go out rain or shine so please dress according to the weather for Morganton, NC. Severe weather including; thunder, lightning, winds over 20 mph will require a tour to be rescheduled.

Is there a waiver?
-All participants need a signed waiver; Guests under 18 will need a parent/guardian signature. Check your confirmation email, and save time by filling it out in advance

What is the cancellation policy?

Beanstalk Ziplines is proud to have one of the most flexible cancellation policies in the land of treetop adventures. We know that your plans may change. With this in mind, reservations cancelled more than 48 hours in advance of the tour time will be issued a full 100% refund. Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours in advance of the tour time are not eligible for a refund. Rescheduling is permitted with a 24 or more hours notice in advance of the scheduled tour time.
