Program Mission: Through a series of Team-Building initiatives, our facilitators will lead integrated challenges that can transform a group of individuals into a high-functioning team. Through fun and a sense of adventure, meeting common goals as a team encourages the development skills such as: communication, trust, decision making, planning, personal responsibility, a seek to support attitude, respect and enjoyment of one another.
